When used in meditation, it can increase your Universal knowledge and can unite your logical thoughts to be in tune with your spirituality. Sodalite is particularly useful when communicating about your emotions to loved ones, and can create a sacred place for honesty and trust. When worn before bed, or placed next to your head while you sleep, sodalite can help you to relax and can relieve insomnia.
